My passion for beer comes from serving it and connecting people to their new favourite beer!
Working at the Longwood Brewery has definitely helped me develop an appreciation for all beer styles.
My go to beers are the session-able ones. I love a nice light lager and working in my garden, cheers.

Being raised in a household of passionate craft beer lovers really made me love it too. I grew up attending “Friday Afternoon Business Meetings” with my Stepdad (aka let’s meet at a brew pub after work) and loved how it brought them all together. Now I’m passionate about craft beer because of how it brings people together.
I've never found something hazy or sour I didn't like. I typically steer towards beers that are quite hoppy & bitter.

Touring Canada in a ska band at the turn of the century resulted in curious memories and scurrilous photos, but trying different beers across the country was my catalyst to seek out new and creative beer styles and flavours back in British Columbia!
Exploring communities through their taprooms, breweries, and events continues to fuel my interest in craft beer.Faced with a beer menu, I typically lean IPA, unless I’m feeling something sessionable, then bring on an imperial stout.
